IMPORTANT NOTE TO HOME OWNERS PLANNING CHANGES TO THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR UNIT

If you are planning any exterior changes to your unit (windows, lighting, security cameras, etc.) please review the information at the Architecture-Landscape Form and Info. tab. YOU MUST SUBMIT AN ARCHITECTURAL-LANDSCAPE VARIANCE REQUEST and have it approved before any work can begin.
 

HOA BOARD MEETINGS

Open Board Meetings are typically held on the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 at The Gaffney Group offices. Meeting agendas and participant access information will be sent by email to homeowners who have registered with property management (The Gaffney Group) and requested email communications.
